There is no charge for transcripts unless the student chooses to utilize express delivery. If a student chooses express delivery, it is his/her responsibility to contact the appropriate shipping service, pay all delivery costs, and arrange for the transcript to be picked up at the Admissions and Records Office.
Transcripts are generally processed within 3-4 business days, except during peak periods (graduation, registration, end of semester).
Photo identification is required to pick up a transcript at the Admissions and Records Office.
Electronic signatures are not accepted as valid. A written signature is required.
How to Request a Transcript
Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA, as amended), transcripts cannot be released without the student’s consent. Students must submit a request in writing along with a signature.
Students may download the Transcript Request Form and submit to the Admissions and Records Office for processing.
- Transcript requests should include the following information to avoid delays in processing:
- Full name of student (including any previous names)
- Dates of attendance
- Address to send transcript to
- Signature (required)
- Contact information
