Fundamental Employment Laws  $190

The management consulting course is designed to help those students who wish to set up a consulting practice and for the student examining the potential for his or her professional consulting services in the marketplace. In this course, we will explore and discuss the need and role of management consultants, how consultants deliver services and interact with clients, managing the consulting process and consulting deliverables, staffing for consulting projects, and marketing consulting services. The course is also designed for those students who want to create or improve an internal consulting function within an organization. The course will help in project planning and development, managing and organizing a consulting practice, proposal delivery, and marketing a successful consulting practice with accompanying management, financial and business development issues and concerns.
