“Finding Calm During Hard Times” Self-Care Workshop

Stress affects people at different times in their lives. In this self-care workshop presented by the Gulf Coast Center’s Texas Recovering Together Crisis Counseling Program, crisis counselors will help students understand the foundations of stress, identify possible warning signs of too much pressure, and suggest helpful ideas and resources for effectively coping with stress.
