You are invited to the Galveston College 2018 Culinary Arts Scholarship Luncheon.
The students will present a garde manger buffet with a variety of appetizers and savory bites. The buffet project is the culmination of the students’ study of charcuterie products like sausages, pates and terrines, as well as smoking and curing of meats/fish, hors d’oeuvres, salads and condiments. There will be sweet items for dessert as well.
