Why wait for spring? It’s not too late to register for the fall 2020 semester at Galveston College.

Registration is open for the fall 2020 second eight weeks session, which starts Oct. 26.
General education course offerings include the following:

REGISTERING FOR CLASSES

In order to plan coursework, new and current students should contact the Counseling and Advising Center at [email protected]. Students may also visit the Counseling and Advising Center located on the first floor of Moody Hall. New and current students can also register on their Whitecaps portal at whitecaps.gc.edu with their student ID number. A student ID number is assigned at the time of admission.

FINANCIAL AID

Students who have not applied for financial aid for 2020-2021 should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.
Assistance in completing the FAFSA is available at [email protected] or at the one-stop Student Services center on the first floor of Moody Hall.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

All individuals entering campus buildings are expected to use a facial mask or face covering. In addition, those entering campus buildings will be screened for signs of COVID-19 and temperature. Once inside campus facilities, faculty, staff, students and visitors are expected to maintain an appropriate social distance, as well as to continue to use facial masks or face coverings in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, city of Galveston and state of Texas guidelines.
