Galveston College has announced a tuition payment plan available to students who enroll for the fall and spring semesters.
FACTS e-Cashier is a payment plan to help students budget the cost of their tuition into their monthly expenses. It is not a loan program. Students will incur no debt, there are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The cost to budget an interest-free monthly payment plan is a $25 per semester, per college non-refundable FACTS enrollment fee.
Students who enroll for the fall semester by July 24 will pay 25 percent down with three remaining payments of 25 percent each in August, September and October. Students who enroll in the payment plan from July 25-Aug. 23 will pay 50 percent down with two remaining payments of 25 percent each in October and November. Payments will be charged on the 5th of each month.
Registration for the fall 2019 semester is open now. Students are encouraged to enroll early for best class selection.

• Log in the Whitecaps portal at https://whitecaps.gc.edu
• Click the quick link labeled “FACTS Payment Plan”
• Select proceed to processor
• Follow prompts to complete agreement
