The Galveston Community College District Board of Regents administered the oath of office to two reelected board members on May 8 during the regular meeting of the Board of Regents.
The GC regents sworn in were Fred D. Raschke, Position 2, and Karen F. Flowers, Position 3. Mary Longoria, who ran for Position 1, will be sworn in at a later date.
All three board members were unopposed in the May elections and will serve six-year terms through May 2030.
