GC Art Gallery to host Faculty Art Exhibition Sept. 7-Oct. 7

The Galveston College Art Gallery will host the GC Faculty Art Exhibition, beginning on Sept. 7, 2023 with an Opening Reception, from 4-6 p.m., and run through Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023.

The GC Art Gallery is located at the college’s main campus on 4015 Avenue Q in Galveston on the third floor of the Fine Arts Building, Room FA-318.

The GC Faculty Art Exhibition will feature artwork by GC faculty artists: Amanda Barry Jones, Ann Wood, Lisa Marie Kress, Sharon Hendry and Sandra Viser.

The exhibition will be open during GC’s regular hours of operation, Monday-Friday, including Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, from 4-6 p.m., for the Closing Reception. This marks the first time the GC Art Gallery will be a part of the Galveston ArtWalk.
