The Galveston College Theatre Department will kick off its 2021-2022 season with a virtual production of the chilling radio play, “Dracula,” adapted by Philip Grecian and based on the classic novel by Bram Stoker.
Show dates and times are Friday, Oct. 29, Saturday, Oct. 30, and Sunday, Oct. 31, at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
“Tune in for thrills, chills and intrigue as we venture into the dark, creepy tale of everyone’s favorite count,” said Liz Lacy, program coordinator for the performing arts. “Join us if you dare on Halloween weekend for this memorable, classic saga.”
Company members include Walker Albert as Jonathan Harker, Dorion Alcantar as R.M. Renfield, Eva Arita as Birdie, Elijah Barrie as Count Dracula, Daniel Bourque as Dr. Abraham Van Helsing, Alyssa Gudz as Lucy Westernra, Benji Shelton as Dr. Jack Seward and Anna Shepherd as Mina Harker.
